Homemade Face Masks For Dull Skin

Dull skin lacks radiance and glow, which can be a result of many internal factors from stress, bad diet or an imbalance in our hormone levels. But lacklustre skin can also be caused by external factors like a build up of dead skin cells, harsh weather and even the use of chemical laden skincare products.
Apart from a good skincare routine and a healthy lifestyle, the regular use of homemade face masks is the most cost effective and convenient methods of reviving a tired complexion. Homemade facial masks offer a more healthy alternative to most commercially made products that usually contain undesirable chemicals and additives. These synthetic additives can actually encourage skin dullness as well as sensitivities, especially when used long term.
So what are the benefits of homemade face masks?
*They are cheaper than commercial products, as they are largely made from edible ingredients that most of us have in our kitchens.
*They are fresh, as they're usually made prior to application.
*They contain no preservatives or artificial additives because they are not prepared and stored for months and even years like most commercial products.
*They can be tailored to suit your skin. The ingredients can be adjusted depending on the condition and sensitivity of the skin.
*They are more effective, yet gentle, due to the high quality of natural and active ingredients.
